The Above
& Beyond Nannies, Inc. Experience Includes:
- An in-home consultation
with your family, enabling us to get a better understanding of your
families needs, values, and the job expectations.
- The initial
consultation allows us to present information regarding tax options,
health/dental benefits for your future nanny, assisting you in outlining
a nanny/family agreement, and CPR/First Aid information for your family.
The consultation allows us to find out exactly what to look for in order
to find an appropriate match between your family's needs and the most
qualified applicant. We look for a nanny who will provide a safe,
educationally stimulating environment while engaging in creative
activities and providing the best care for you loved ones. An in home
consultation is very beneficial in placing a nanny with your family.
- All nanny applicants
undergo a thorough background screening, making sure they all have the
necessary qualifications to work with your family. Our background
screening includes:
- Criminal background
investigation
- Driving record,
Educational background, CPR review, Credit Check
- Ten reference reviews
(includes family, friends, and former employers)
- Continuously working with
you through follow up calls and regular contact with your new nanny.
We have found that these calls help facilitate the nanny's smooth
integration into your family.
